Receive order:
Sales Department negotiates and confirms order details with customers.
The order information is entered into the production management system.

2. Production preparation:
According to the order requirements, prepare the corresponding raw materials, production equipment, process documents, etc.
If it is an outsourced or purchased part, purchase or handle it.
Assembly department for production planning and scheduling.
According to the order assembly department to check the system inventory and inventory accessories are complete, if not complete, then purchase the corresponding accessories。
3. Production process:
The assembly department shall produce and process according to the operation instructions.
Quality inspection personnel to the semi-finished and finished products quality inspection.
Make process adjustments or technical changes if necessary.
It is produced and processed by the assembly department, and the quality inspection is carried out by the Technical Quality Department after the processing is completed. If there are vehicle quality problems, the R & D Department will intervene to guide or rectify them.
4. Delivery:
The finished product is packaged and labeled.
The sales department arranges shipments and may need to coordinate shipping with the shipping company.
Upon delivery, confirm receipt details with customer and complete delivery order and other related documents.
Vehicle inspection passed, sales department delivered to customers。
